Mount Elbrus, aka "Mingi-Tau", meaning "resembling a thousand mountains", and its rank is 6.

The person to reach the east peak's top was Kabardinian Killar Khashirov, a guide for a Russian army scientific expedition.

The Balkars, the Turkic people of the Caucasus region gave Elbrus its nickname, Mingi-Tau. But before them, it was known as Sobilus, latin for "pine cone".

Mount Elbrus is not exactly a mountain, it is a dormant volcano that has not erupted since 0 A.D, and is the tallest mountain in Europe.
